- It is a paradise for dogs
- It is visually pleasing (beautiful facades, friendly pastel colors, 60s retro charme)
- people are relaxed and bit introvert and the overal vibe is calm
- the public transport is the best in the universe. I am a rather impatient person, so I love it when there is a high frequency of trams and buses
- It is in the middle of Europe (and its easy to travel to other European countries from here)
- It is very international, I enjoy hearing so many foreign languages
- It is hilly and airy: There are many wide areas where you can see lots of sky (Vystaviste, Petrin, Letna)
- The parks are gorgeous, and nature is not over-regulated: there are still wild or casually cultivated areas
- Sometime it feels like Italy e.g. when looking down at all those red roofs in Malá Strana from Strahov Monastery
- The sirens remind me of New York. Also the many delis that are open till late (Potraviny)
- Beer is cheap 😉
